Nick Walker is a wonderful trainer. I trained with Nick once a week for nearly a year. The results are great so far! He always comes up with innovative exercises that challenges multiple muscle groups for a good full body workout. He places emphasis on proper form and is crative when working around injuries. I have enjoyed my traiining sessions and believe that working with Nick has upped my fitness routine tremendously. He strikes a good balance with challenging workouts that are not so difficult that you struggle through it. Nick mixes up the routines using body weight, free weights, and machines so that the sessions are never boring. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to add dynamic workouts to their routines!!!
